Returns and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day returns policy. This means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered or made available for collection to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and remain in their original sealed condition. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any samples that have been opened or used.

To start a return, please contact us at themlarchive@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet our return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days once your return has been received and inspected.

We do not offer exchanges. However, items can be returned for a refund in accordance with this policy, and you are welcome to place a new order at any time.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
